Finance Controller

About the role

We are looking for a curious, analytical professional to join our diverse and innovative group as a Finance Controller. In this position you will directly influence the financial results of a reference business group.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and monitor financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash‑flow).
• Control budgets, track deviations and participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare financial reports for senior management and board of directors.
• Supervise monthly and annual accounting close procedures.
• Manage analytical accounting, cost‑center allocation and sales analysis.
• Support and monitor key finance department processes.
• Ensure all deadlines are met autonomously and in an orderly manner.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience as a controller or auditor.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP HANA, BW, AFO is a plus).
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
• Experience in a retail environment is valued.
