About the role

The Creu Roja Andorrana National Training Centre is looking for a dynamic trainer to design and deliver a range of first‑aid and rescue courses. You will work closely with learners, ensuring they achieve the required competencies while embodying the organisation’s values of solidarity and inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programmes for courses such as First Aid, Team Rescue, CPR with defibrillator, Child and Infant First Aid, Caregiver Course, and Aquatic Rescue.
• Monitor student progress, assess outcomes, and provide feedback.
• Collaborate on the annual training plan and prepare all necessary documentation.
• Maintain the availability and condition of training materials and equipment.
• Promote the core values of solidarity and inclusion in every session.

Required profile

• Formal education in Education, Pedagogy or a related field.
• Preferably holds a certification in First Aid (PSC or PSEG).
• Fluent in Catalan (spoken and written); knowledge of English, French and Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient with office software.
• Strong organisational skills, good communication, and a team‑oriented mindset.
