HR 360º – Talent Acquisition & HR

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR professional to join our Human Resources team at Grup Cierco. The role will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and support various HR functions across our businesses in Andorra.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for all group companies, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Write and publish job ads on multiple recruitment channels.
• Conduct active sourcing, CV screening, phone and competency interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track candidates throughout the process.
• Support onboarding and follow‑up of new hires.
• Maintain the candidate database and build a talent pool for future needs.
• Assist with immigration documentation, work permits and related administrative processes in Andorra.
• Participate in other HR projects and initiatives as required.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of HR experience, preferably with a strong focus on recruitment.
• Relevant education such as Psychology, Labour Relations, HR, Business Administration or similar.
• Proven experience in active candidate sourcing and using various recruitment channels.
• Basic knowledge of Andorran labour law, foreign employment regulations and work permits.
• Fluent in Catalan and Spanish; English and/or French are a plus.
