Organizational Transformation Lead – People, Change & Efficiency

About the role

The Organizational Transformation Lead will drive cross‑functional projects that make MoraBanc more agile, efficient and people‑focused. Acting as a strategic consultant, you will diagnose organisational friction, design new ways of working and ensure sustainable change across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transversal organisational transformation initiatives with measurable impact on daily operations.
• Analyse and redesign processes, work models, decision‑making circuits and organisational dynamics to eliminate inefficiencies.
• Produce clear, structured diagnostics and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Define simple, scalable operating models aligned with the bank’s strategy.
• Support teams through change, facilitating the adoption of new ways of working.
• Act as a bridge between business, people, technology and operations, turning complex needs into concrete solutions.
• Introduce new collaborative methodologies and agile approaches to address cross‑functional challenges.
• Contribute to culture, leadership, employee experience and capability‑building initiatives.
• Prepare executive‑level materials, change narratives and decision‑support documents.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in consulting, organisational transformation, process redesign or change management.
• Senior‑level expertise with the ability to understand deep organisational context and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset, rigorous questioning and respect for diverse perspectives.
