Personal Cafeteria – Barra i Barista

About the role

Join a growing team at the E.Leclerc Andorra cafeteria located in the EO shopping centre. The barista will work in a lively environment with a constant flow of customers, providing high‑quality coffee and friendly service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, hot and cold beverages, and other cafeteria products.
• Serve customers directly at the bar and handle cash transactions.
• Prepare cold items such as sandwiches and other ready‑to‑eat products.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the work area.
• Restock supplies and support daily preparation tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure swift and efficient service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a cafeteria, bar or customer‑service role (preferred).
• Interest in coffee culture and bar service.
• Ability to work quickly in a dynamic setting.
• Good communication and customer‑service attitude.
• Organised, responsible and able to work well in a team.
• Andorran nationality or a valid residence and work permit.
• Availability for an afternoon shift (12:30 – 21:30) and commercial hours.
