QA Engineer (Manual Testing)

About the role

CityXerpa is looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the quality of its multi‑service platform in Andorra. You will work closely with developers, understand product features and validate that every change solves the intended problem.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Perform functional and manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Validate bug fixes before each deployment.
• Document clear, reproducible bugs and track them to resolution.
• Conduct regression testing prior to releases.
• Investigate incidents and anticipate potential user‑impacting issues.
• Maintain and improve QA processes continuously.

• Critical thinker who questions assumptions.
• Organised, proactive and able to work autonomously.
• Enjoys investigating problems and identifying failure points.
• Clear communicator and effective team player.
• Eager to learn and raise product quality.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with manual QA and functional testing.
• Proven ability to design and execute test cases and regression suites.
• Strong bug documentation and tracking experience.
• Understanding of digital products and platforms.

Nice to have

• Test‑automation experience with Playwright, Selenium or Cypress.
• Basic API testing using Postman.
• SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with Jira for issue management.
