About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional front‑desk professional to be the first point of contact for guests at the Caldea Boutique Hotel in Andorra. The role involves delivering warm, personalized service throughout the guest’s stay and ensuring a seamless experience in line with the resort’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile, manage check‑ins, check‑outs and reservations.
• Provide accurate information, answer queries and resolve any incidents promptly.
• Promote the hotel’s services and the wider Caldea wellness ecosystem to enrich the guest experience.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to guarantee a flawless stay for every guest.
• Maintain the reception area according to Caldea’s quality and excellence standards.

Required profile

• Formal training in Tourism, Hospitality or a related field, or at least 1 year of reception experience in a 4‑5‑star hotel.
• Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and French; English is a plus.
• Customer‑oriented attitude, initiative, strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Availability to start on 1 November 2026.
