Receptionist in luxury hotel

About the role

The Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa is looking for a professional Receptionist to join its front‑desk team in Andorra la Vella. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service in a 5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and advise guests, handling check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Support other departments by managing administrative tasks and forwarding relevant information.
• Maintain accurate records in the hotel management system.

Required profile

• Formal training in tourism or hotel management.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service attitude.
• Responsible, organized and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Russian or French are a plus.
• Minimum 2‑3 years experience in a 4‑5 star hotel or SPA.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel management software; knowledge of Opera is valued.
