About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to join an internationally‑focused company based in Andorra. The role involves leading the HR function, ensuring compliance with local labour law, and supporting the organisation’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: selection, hiring, onboarding.
• Coordinate payroll and personnel administration while ensuring compliance with Andorran labour legislation.
• Develop HR policies and support training, performance evaluation, and professional development programmes.
• Assist multiple sites with team management and employee relations.
• Contribute to strategic workforce planning and continuous improvement of internal processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in industrial, commercial or retail environments.
• Strong knowledge of Andorran labour legislation.
• Fluent in Catalan and Spanish; English is a plus.
• High‑level proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
• Leadership, communication and team‑management abilities.
• Analytical, organised and results‑oriented mindset.
