About the role

MoraBanc is driving its digital transformation and seeks a motivated Salesforce Consultant to help evolve and optimise its Salesforce ecosystem. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, turning business needs into effective technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the evolution and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into efficient solutions.
• Lead enhancements and new developments within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ensure best‑practice implementation and high‑quality delivery.
• Identify process‑optimisation opportunities using Salesforce.
• Support functional and technical definition of new initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience with Salesforce (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Analytical mindset with a strong business orientation.
• Ability to understand processes and propose improvements.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑moving environment.
