About the role

The resort is seeking a Second Housekeeper to support the Head Housekeeper in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across the hotel and its public areas. This position is based at Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa in Andorra la Vella, a 5‑star property within the Leading Hotels of the World network.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily cleaning activities for guest rooms and assigned public areas.
• Ensure cleaning operations meet the quality standards set by Leading Hotels of the World.
• Monitor the achievement of performance targets and report results to the Head Housekeeper.
• Assist in training and motivating housekeeping staff.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Required profile

• Formal education related to hospitality or housekeeping management.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar role within 4‑ or 5‑star hotels.
• Fluent spoken Spanish and English.
• Professional appearance and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality standards used by Leading Hotels of the World or comparable luxury hotel brands.
