Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

The Flex is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to lead financial reporting, analysis and controls as the company scales its flexible accommodation platform globally. You will work directly with founders, senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to provide insight into revenue, costs and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve day‑to‑day financial reporting and controls, ensuring data accuracy and validation.
• Identify manual finance processes, design efficient workflows and partner with engineering to automate them.
• Reconcile payments from Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, direct bookings and other channels.
• Reconcile bank accounts, track accounts payable/receivable and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage statutory filings and corporate compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with external accountants, tax advisers, auditors and banking partners.
• Build dashboards and reporting systems for real‑time performance visibility.
• Analyse financial performance by property, city, country and business unit.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts and financial models.
• Monitor cash flow, plan capital requirements and identify financial risks.
• Analyse costs, identify margin improvement opportunities and support due‑diligence for acquisitions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in finance, accounting or financial analysis.
• Proven ability to work closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on improving profitability.
• Experience managing statutory filings and multi‑jurisdictional compliance.
