Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of customer‑facing features, automation engines and AI‑powered workflows that help property managers scale their portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders, designers and operators to translate real customer problems into product specifications.
• Design, develop and ship full‑stack features using Python/FastAPI on the backend and React/TypeScript on the frontend.
• Build event‑driven automation workflows and integrate with external platforms such as Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio and OpenAI.
• Maintain reliable APIs, ensure data synchronization, and monitor performance in a serverless AWS environment.

Required profile

• Strong experience delivering production software across both frontend and backend.
• Product mindset with the ability to work directly with customers and iterate based on feedback.
• Self‑starter who can own outcomes, make technical trade‑offs and ship quickly.
