Sommelier - Temporada de invierno

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Sommelier to join our winter season team at Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa in Andorra la Vella. You will be responsible for curating and managing our wine program, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Define and update the wine lists in collaboration with the Food & Beverage and Purchasing Directors.
• Propose improvements to the wine offering, aligning it with client preferences and market trends.
• Advise guests on wine selections and food pairings, guaranteeing satisfaction.

Required profile

• EU passport holder.
• Formal training in hospitality, enology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a sommelier in 4‑ or 5‑star hotels.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Professional appearance and strong customer‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• User‑level knowledge of Micros and Opera systems.
