Supervisor/a de Mantenimiento

About the role

KONE is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the planning, management and control of service operations within an assigned area. You will ensure the safety of all teams, drive customer satisfaction and act as the operational reference point for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and monitor the service operations in your zone, guaranteeing safety at all times.
• Lead a team of expert technicians, supervising performance and ensuring high‑quality customer service.
• Promote KONE services through appropriate technical advice and support.
• Serve as the primary contact for operational and technical matters contracted by clients.
• Manage operational maintenance costs and drive revenue from service calls and repair sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising technical or maintenance teams.
• Strong focus on safety and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
