Supervisor/a de pisos

About the role

The Floor Supervisor will work closely with the head housekeeper to plan, coordinate and supervise the cleaning of the hotel, its public areas and assigned zones. The role ensures that cleaning standards are met, guest satisfaction is maintained and operational targets are achieved in a 5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan daily cleaning schedules and allocate tasks to housekeeping staff.
• Supervise the execution of cleaning duties in rooms, corridors, lobby and other common areas.
• Monitor quality standards and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Collaborate with the head housekeeper to achieve departmental objectives.
• Manage team performance, resolve issues and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Relevant training for a housekeeping supervisory position.
• 1‑2 years experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hotel.
• High level of Spanish and basic English.
• Professional appearance and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Team‑player, dynamic, organized and flexible.
• Ability to make decisions, solve problems and lead a team.
• User‑level proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and Leading Hotels quality standards is a plus.
