Técnico de Reporting Regulatorio

About the role

The Regulatory Reporting Technician will join the team responsible for producing and analysing the financial information that must be submitted periodically to Andorra's financial regulators. The role combines data handling, regulatory knowledge and analytical reporting to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate in preparing legal reports for the Andorran Financial Authority (AFA) using the entity’s data‑processing tools.
• Assist in implementing new regulatory requirements or modifications arising from legislative changes or additional information requests.
• Participate in defining, improving and automating data acquisition and processing workflows to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Establish and maintain quality controls and validation procedures for data and reporting processes.
• Analyse the obtained information, produce insights and identify incidents, deviations or improvement opportunities.
• Support various bank areas in generating, reviewing and supervising the base information required by third parties such as rating agencies.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor/Graduate) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in data handling and generation/analysis, preferably in finance or accounting.
• Experience or specific training in data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) tasks.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial consolidation is a plus.
• Proficient user of data‑processing tools.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Methodical, organised and solution‑oriented.
• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English.
