Torner/a – Mecanització industrial

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Lathe Operator to join our growing industrial machining team. You will work with high‑precision equipment to turn raw material into exact mechanical components, ensuring quality and consistency for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, set up and operate conventional lathes for the production of mechanical parts.
• Perform turning, adjustment and machining operations according to established quality standards.
• Measure dimensions and surface finishes using calipers, micrometers and other precision tools.
• Identify and correct any issues that arise during the machining process.
• Carry out basic maintenance on machines, tools and work equipment.
• Maintain a clean, orderly and safe work environment.
• Manage material flow and waste generated during production.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an industrial lathe operator or similar role.
• Technical training in mechanics is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible and committed to precision and quality.
• Willingness to meet production deadlines and work effectively in a team.
