About the role

Learning Heroes is looking for a high‑energy sales agent to turn hot leads into student enrollments. This is a fully remote position focused on short, intense launch periods where lead volume is high.

Key responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into course registrations during launch windows.
• Maintain rapid response times and a sense of urgency throughout the sales cycle.
• Self‑organize daily activities and manage your own pipeline without a fixed schedule.
• Be available during weekends and holidays when launch periods demand continuous coverage.

• Motivated self‑starter with a strong hunger for commissions.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high‑volume sales periods.
