Banqueting Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Banqueting Manager to lead banquet, conference and event operations for a prestigious 5‑star hotel in Andorra. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to ensure high‑end guest experiences across private celebrations and large corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute all banquet and event operations to the highest service standards.
• Lead and manage the banqueting team, scheduling staff and overseeing service delivery.
• Liaise with clients, event planners and internal departments to capture and fulfil event requirements.
• Oversee setup, execution and breakdown of events, ensuring attention to detail at every stage.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage service throughout functions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in banqueting, events or luxury hospitality in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional French or Catalan is a strong advantage.
• Valid passport, clear criminal record and ability to meet Andorran employment legal requirements.
• Professional presentation, high energy and guest‑focused attitude.
