About the role

The Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory, ordering and receipt of goods for its extensive hospitality operations. You will ensure the smooth functioning and organization of the storage area, supporting the hotel’s high‑end service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare and place purchase orders, coordinate deliveries and verify received merchandise.
• Control the organization, labeling and storage of products in the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to anticipate supply needs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar warehouse or stock management role.
• Valid B1 driving licence.
• Friendly, team‑oriented attitude with strong work ethic.
• Dynamic, organized and able to work under pressure.
• Andorran nationality or valid residence and work permit is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (or similar ERP).
