Founding Team Member, Go-to-Market

About the role

tai42 is looking for a part‑time founding‑team member to own and execute its go‑to‑market strategy. You will work remotely from a European time zone, dedicating at least two days a week to build a predictable pipeline of qualified AI‑focused enterprise engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch the go‑to‑market plan, including ideal customer profile, channels, outreach sequences, and queue discipline within the first 30 days.
• Generate and manage a qualified pipeline, targeting companies with AI demos that fail in production and agencies that can deliver on the platform.
• Create founder‑voice content from raw material (voice notes, delivery stories) using AI‑native workflows to power a one‑person media engine.
• Develop case studies, technical white‑papers, and outcome‑based sales assets.
• Maintain and improve public touchpoints such as the website, waitlist, and open‑source community.

Required profile

• Proven experience building demand for technical B2B or developer‑facing products from near zero, either as a founder, early marketer, or fractional operator.
• Public portfolio that demonstrates past go‑to‑market successes without needing a private deck.
• Comfortable discussing AI agents with CTOs and pipeline metrics with CEOs.
• Based in a European time zone and able to commit at least two days per week.
