HR Business Partner

About the role

Grup Pyrénées is looking for an HR Business Partner who is passionate about caring for and developing talent. You will place people at the centre of strategy and help transform the workplace into an environment where everyone can grow and deliver their best.

Key responsibilities

• Attract and select talent for the group’s various businesses.
• Identify talent needs and anticipate key profiles for the business.
• Support employees by answering questions and promoting clear role management.
• Design and execute HR strategies aligned with the group’s growth objectives.
• Evaluate and improve people policies to match business strategy.
• Identify and develop internal talent, fostering high‑value and leadership profiles.
• Analyse trends and propose innovative people‑management solutions.
• Implement innovation plans across the employee life‑cycle.
• Manage complex situations with objective analysis and action plans.
• Support change and transformation processes to boost productivity and results.

Required profile

• Higher education in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HRBP or in a people team.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of talent‑management trends and corporate culture.
• Fluent in Catalan and Spanish; additional languages such as English or French are a plus.
