Operations Support Agent – Resort & Office Liaison

About the role

As an Operations Support Agent for Crystal Ski in Andorra, you will act as the vital link between resort teams, head‑office colleagues and external suppliers. Your administrative expertise will enable resort staff to focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences while ensuring smooth daily office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the sales database throughout the season.
• Assist in training resort staff on accounting processes and conduct on‑site visits for further training and reconciliations.
• Distribute and manage company assets such as uniforms, mobile phones and iPads issued to resort personnel.
• Handle accounting data, cash and card payments for a group of resorts and work closely with resort teams.
• Liaise with resort staff to confirm weekly bookings, resolve variances and support invoice reconciliation.
• Address credit‑card payment issues and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English; Spanish or Catalan is a plus.
• Open, friendly and collaborative attitude with the ability to quickly build trust.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain detailed processes simply.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Self‑motivated, capable of independent decision‑making and taking initiative.
• Numerically strong with prior experience in accounting or finance.
• Previous office or similar environment experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable using various IT tools and systems.
