About the role

Join the Plaza Hotels & Resorts division of Grup Cierco as a Night Receptionist in Andorra la Vella. You will be the key point of contact during the night shift, ensuring guest safety, smooth operations and a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the hotel during the night, guarantee guest and facility security and follow incident protocols.
• Handle night‑time guest requests such as room service, information and incident resolution.
• Manage late check‑ins and early check‑outs.
• Close the daily PMS, verify invoicing, reconcile cash and prepare hand‑over reports for the morning shift.
• Process last‑minute reservations, update room availability and prepare documentation for the next shift.
• Apply hotel security and emergency procedures, control access and log any incidents.

Required profile

• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, English and French.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in hotel reception; night‑shift experience is a plus.
• Responsible, organized, with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with housekeeping, room maintenance and basic restaurant operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Property Management System (PMS) for reservations, billing and reporting.
