Labour Relations and Compensation Specialist

About the role

Grup Pyrénées is looking for a Labour Relations and Compensation specialist for its People department. You will help ensure efficient management of labour relations and contribute to developing the group's compensation policies, in line with current regulations and promoting fair, competitive pay practices.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and support the group's businesses on labour legislation, internal rules and labour relations
• Help manage and resolve labour queries and issues, proposing tailored solutions
• Contribute to disciplinary procedures, contract modifications and other labour relations processes
• Take part in designing, reviewing and updating salary and compensation policies
• Carry out pay analyses, salary studies and market comparisons to support decision-making
• Support salary reviews, variable pay and job evaluation processes
• Prepare reports, indicators and data analyses on labour relations and compensation
• Work across the People department and business units, managing the administration of assigned businesses

Required profile

• University degree in Labour Relations, Law, Human Resources, ADE or similar
• Previous experience in labour relations, personnel administration, compensation and benefits
• Knowledge of labour legislation; Andorran labour law knowledge valued
• Knowledge of pay structures, pay policies and compensation analysis
• Analytical, rigorous, confidential and problem-solving, with good communication skills

Required skills

• Excellent command of Excel, especially for data analysis
• Experience with HR systems and data analysis tools valued
