About the role

Antal International is seeking a Managing Partner to launch and run an independent recruitment consultancy under its globally recognised brand. You will leverage Antal’s extensive resources, technology stack and worldwide network to deliver hiring solutions for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage your own recruitment business, targeting clients across multiple industries.
• Utilise Antal’s AI‑driven tools, marketing reach and talent database to source and place qualified candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their hiring needs.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve financial autonomy through effective sales and placement activities.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in a managerial or specialist corporate role.
• Full‑time commitment to establishing and expanding a recruitment consultancy.
• Proven ability to build networks and nurture client relationships.
• Strong ambition for personal and professional growth.
