Product Engineer – AI Operating System for Short‑Term Rentals

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Product Engineer you will turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software, working closely with founders, designers and property managers.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer problems by working directly with property managers and internal teams.
• Build end‑to‑end product features, from prototype through frontend, backend, testing and deployment.
• Create intuitive user experiences in partnership with designers.
• Develop event‑driven automations that eliminate repetitive manual work.
• Implement AI‑powered features using LLMs and AI agents.
• Design and maintain reliable APIs and integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio and OpenAI.
• Measure product impact with user feedback and usage data, iterating to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Make technical decisions that balance speed, maintainability, security and scalability.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software.
• Ability to work across both frontend and backend systems.
• Product mindset with curiosity about user needs and willingness to own outcomes.
• Confidence collaborating directly with customers, designers and founders.
• Interest in AI, automation and operational efficiency.
