Senior Software Engineer – AI Platform for Short-Term Rentals

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Senior Software Engineer you will design and deliver scalable services that power reservations, pricing, payments, guest communication and property operations for property managers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop core platform components, APIs and services that handle reservations, availability, pricing and payments.
• Build event‑driven automation workflows that reduce manual tasks such as cleaning scheduling, check‑in instructions and owner reporting.
• Integrate with external partners like Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI and Google to enable seamless data exchange.
• Design, deploy and maintain cloud‑native, serverless infrastructure on AWS ensuring reliability and performance at scale.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of features from problem definition through implementation, testing and production monitoring.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and owning production‑grade software systems, preferably in SaaS or marketplace environments.
• Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions and balance speed with maintainability.
• Curiosity about AI, automation and operational efficiency, with a product‑focused mindset.
