About the role

We are looking for a proactive Administrative Specialist to lead the technical and logistical management of our company fleet. You will ensure vehicles are well‑maintained, available, and compliant with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle fleet.
• Coordinate repairs, inspections (ITV), revisions, and transfers to workshops.
• Supervise vehicle condition, cleanliness, and availability.
• Track mileage, maintenance logs, and mechanical incidents.
• Work daily with the Operations team to guarantee vehicle readiness.
• Maintain relationships with workshops, service stations, dealers, insurers, and other suppliers.
• Prepare periodic reports on fleet status and contribute to improvement projects.

Required profile

• Organised, solution‑oriented, with strong planning initiative.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or proven experience in fleet management.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and external providers.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools such as Excel.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or similar roles.

Required skills

• Excel (or equivalent spreadsheet software).
