About the role

We are seeking a Maître to lead the operations of our Michelin‑starred restaurant during the winter season at Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa in Andorra la Vella. You will work closely with the F&B Manager to ensure flawless service and achieve performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily restaurant activities.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
• Manage human and material resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with the F&B Manager to meet financial and operational objectives.

Required profile

• EU passport holder.
• Formal training in hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar à la carte role.
• Excellent client interaction skills and a friendly, team‑oriented attitude.
• Dynamic, organized, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan or French is a plus.

• Microsoft Office (user level).
