About the role

Caldea, the iconic wellness centre in Andorra, is looking for a Customer Service Monitor for the winter season 2026‑27. You will be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and overall satisfaction throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, guide and assist guests from arrival to departure.
• Support check‑in procedures and manage access‑point validation.
• Anticipate and address guest needs to maintain a smooth experience.
• Monitor correct use of facilities, enforce regulations and control capacity.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in all public areas.
• Inform and recommend spa treatments, restaurant options and shop items.

Required profile

• Strong service orientation and customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Team player with a proactive mindset.
• Minimum high‑school diploma; tourism‑related training is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, reception or cash handling.
• Fluency in Catalan and Spanish; French and English are valued.
