Banqueting Manager - Luxury 5-Star Hotel

About the role

Hire Resolve is recruiting an experienced Banqueting Manager for a prestigious luxury 5-star hotel partner in Andorra. The role covers all banquet, conference and event operations, from private celebrations to large corporate events, leading a team and working closely with other departments to deliver high-end service.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute all banquet and event operations to the highest service standards.
• Lead and manage the banqueting team and liaise with clients, event planners and internal departments.
• Oversee setup, execution and breakdown of events, and ensure high standards of food and beverage service.
• Manage staffing schedules, event logistics and operational resources.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior).
• Minimum 2 years in banqueting, events or high-volume luxury hospitality in a supervisory or management role.
• Fluent Spanish and English; French and/or Catalan is highly advantageous.
• Valid passport and clear criminal record.
• Must meet all legal employment requirements for Andorra.
