Front Office & Guest Relations Specialist

About the role

Hire Resolve is recruiting a Front Office & Guest Relations Specialist for a 5-star luxury hotel in Andorra, Southwest Europe. As the first point of contact, you will welcome international guests and manage their journey from arrival to departure, reflecting the gold standard of 5-star hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in and check-out and concierge services with precision
• Recommend local attractions and high-end services to guests
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to fulfill VIP guest requests
• Maintain an impeccable front-of-house presence and professional demeanor
• Handle administrative tasks and reservations using premium property management systems

Required profile

• Native or professional Spanish (mandatory) and advanced English
• 2 to 6+ years in the luxury hotel industry (5-star experience highly preferred)
• Valid passport and a clear criminal record
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Compliance with all legal hiring requirements for Andorra

What we offer

• 6-month contract starting 18-20 May, with potential for extension
• Salary of 1,500 EUR gross per month
• Low employee tax (around 6%)
• Individual room provided for 100 EUR per month
