Room Service Manager - Luxury Hotel

About the role

Hire Resolve is recruiting an experienced Room Service Manager for a prestigious luxury 5-star hotel partner in Andorra. The role oversees the full in-room dining operation, ensuring 24/7 service, consistent quality and high guest satisfaction, while leading a dedicated team and working closely with kitchen, front office and F&B departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all room service operations for smooth, efficient 24/7 service.
• Lead, train and supervise the room service team to maintain luxury service standards.
• Ensure accurate order taking, preparation and timely delivery of in-room dining orders.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other hotel departments for operational efficiency.
• Monitor guest preferences and deliver personalised service.
• Manage staffing schedules, inventory and operational logistics.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior).
• Minimum 2 years in room service or high-end F&B operations in a supervisory or management role in a luxury hotel.
• Fluent Spanish and English; French and/or Catalan highly advantageous.
• Valid passport and clear criminal record.
• Strong team management, communication and guest-relations skills.
• Professional presentation, high energy and a guest-focused approach.
• Must meet all legal employment requirements for Andorra.
