Restaurant Manager – Luxury 5‑Star Hotel

About the role

Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a prestigious luxury 5‑star hotel partner in Andorra. The role requires Michelin‑starred dining experience, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering world‑class guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all front‑of‑house operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Ensure compliance with 5‑star hospitality and fine‑dining protocols.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, wine lists and F&B offerings.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address needs and concerns.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and management teams for operational excellence.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and ambiance.
• Manage reservations, staffing schedules and operational performance.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a Michelin‑starred restaurant as Restaurant Manager or senior supervisory role.
• Fluent Spanish and English; French and/or Catalan advantageous.
• Valid passport and clear criminal record.
• Strong team management, communication and guest‑relations skills.
• Professional presentation, high energy and guest‑focused approach.
• Must meet all legal employment requirements for Andorra.
