Room Service Manager

About the role

The client is a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel in Andorra seeking an experienced Room Service Manager to lead its in‑room dining operation. You will be responsible for delivering 24/7, high‑quality service that meets the expectations of discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all room service operations, ensuring smooth 24/7 service delivery.
• Lead, train and supervise the room service team to maintain luxury service standards.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, front office and other hotel departments for efficient service.
• Manage staffing schedules, inventory and operational logistics for room service.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve service issues promptly and ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in room service or high‑end F&B operations in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French and/or Catalan highly advantageous.
• Valid passport, clear criminal record and ability to meet Andorran legal employment requirements.
• Strong team‑management, communication and guest‑relations skills.
