About the role

MoraBanc is looking for a Back Office Securities Technician to ensure accurate administrative, operational and accounting management of securities contracts. The role supports internal clients and market operations with a focus on efficiency, compliance and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Settle securities transactions for client accounts and the market.
• Manage securities transfers and monitor operational follow‑up.
• Account for yields, coupons and amortisations of securities.
• Register and keep the securities master data up‑to‑date.
• Capture, validate and control market quotations.
• Ensure compliance with securities contracting and maintenance procedures.
• Detect operational incidents or regulatory breaches and raise them promptly.
• Provide support to business areas and internal clients with efficient, prioritized responses.
• Participate in continuous improvement of processes and operations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in similar functions within the financial or banking sector.
• Knowledge of accounting and securities market operations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
• Team player with flexibility in dynamic environments.
• Proactive attitude and interest in acquiring new technical knowledge.
• Education: High school diploma or vocational training related to finance.
